I understand that the Director has final authority in all matters concerning the Order of Combat-USA, Inc. (OCUSA is a nonprofit, fraternal, Martial Arts association dedicated to Citizenship, Education and Community Service.) I take absolute financial responsibility for any damages or injuries that may occur while training as an Order of Combat–USA, Inc. member, and agree to abide by rules of the Order of Combat when participating.
